The Overseas employer sponsored immigration program is an immigration program jointly launched by the BC government and the Canadian Federal Immigration and Immigration Service in order to introduce professional and skilled talents.
For overseas applicants who have obtained a work contract with a qualified employer in BC Province, the BC government will issue an approval letter to guarantee their immigration to Canada.
The Federal Immigration and Immigration Service will give priority to applications for a BC nomination guarantee.
Compared with the traditional federal immigration program, the program has low background requirements for applicants, no hard language requirements, short cycle time, high success rate, and low cost than investment immigration.
