Register for the Saskatchewan EOI. Saskatchewan will select candidates based on their scores. Submit detailed information including a business plan within 60 days of receiving the provincial nomination invitation
The applicant will submit the signed business agreement to the immigration office within 30 days
Obtain a work permit support letter
Apply for a federal work permit within 3 months, and must land in Saskatchewan within 12 months
Land in Saskatchewan, contact the local economic development bureau within 60 days
