Work Permit Exceptions

   &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP &NBSP Canada Full-time international students can work 20 hours per week off campus while maintaining their Full-time study status without applying for a separate work visa. If students are on break between semesters, they can work full-time temporarily and do not need to apply for a work visa. International students are required to study for at least six months in a program that leads to a degree, diploma or certificate at a designated institution (public or eligible private institution)

& nbsp  & nbsp  & nbsp  & nbsp  before the official start of the school work, international students should be from the Service Canada (government agencies) to obtain a nine-digit social security number (SIN), if you have any questions, please feel free to consult the International - Study Department of Jia Heng. In order to be eligible to continue working off-campus, international students must continue to study full-time and obtain good grades during the period of off-campus employment

         & NBSP attend general preparatory or language courses (ESL / FSL) are not eligible for off-campus work in Canada. International students who do not meet the requirements for off-campus work may receive an immigration warning or deportation order.
